Recently, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology issued the "Beijing accelerate the construction of information software industry innovation and development highland action plan" document, the document pointed out that by 2027, the plan will promote Beijing's information software industry income reached 4.8 trillion yuan, to build an internationally competitive information software industry cluster city.

The "action plan" put forward 15 key tasks in six aspects: cultivating the application ecology of large models, building a solid base of key technologies, seizing the early opportunities to cultivate new business formats, exploring new data-driven mechanisms, promoting the global layout of Chinese software, and deepening regional synergy.


Among them, in terms of seizing the opportunities for the cultivation of new business formats, the "action Plan" points out that it will guide hardware and software collaborative innovation for new terminals such as embodied intelligence, XR equipment, intelligent computers, vehicle terminals, and Internet of Things devices. Forward-looking layout of embodied intelligence, strengthen the connection between artificial intelligence enterprises and robots, major equipment manufacturing enterprises. Using equipment manufacturers to set questions, enterprises to reveal the way, organize research space computing, content rendering and other key technologies.


With the head PC manufacturer as the chain master, promote the chip instruction set innovation, promote the new chip, motherboard and other hardware adaptation and tuning work, support the development of intelligent gymnastics system, PC intelligent applications and other new software.


Organize car enterprises and information software enterprises to pair research, strengthen the integration and innovation of vehicle gauge chip, vehicle software, and large model technology, promote the landing of automatic driving middleware, accelerate the intelligent interface software on the car, and develop large model development tools for automotive software.


Establish technical standards for the interconnection of iot devices, support the open source of the underlying iot operating system, and develop software middleware combining high-end sensors, iot chips, new short-distance communication, high-precision positioning and other devices. Plan in advance, organize research and development of RISC-V chip operating system kernel, compiler and other underlying software, to achieve chip development and software iteration synchronization.
